So, when the pandemic threw our sector into crisis, we were keen to explore different ways of tackling today’s brand challenges, by bringing together a range of travel, tourism and hospitality experts to give their perspectives and share their learnings as we reopen safely and re-engage with customers in a completely new trading environment.
