Baltzersen's is a Scandinavian inspired cafe and coffee shop located in the heart of the beautiful Victorian spa town of Harrogate. They make everything they sell from scratch on site, baking 7 days a week.

The bakery offer such a variety of bakes that we wanted to reflect that in the visual identity.
